You can add the game pad layouts in the “Choose Keyboard Type” window. Click the button with three dots and select “Show Keyboards for Computer Games”.

Also, we recommend to set the option “Change the pressed key when you touch the key and move your finger” in the Expert Settings: Settings > On-Screen Keyboard > Expert Settings...
